1. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your session.
2. Cancellations by Client
If you choose to cancel your session, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time may result in the full session fee being charged.
3. If We Need to Cancel
In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking, we will refund everything you have paid, including your deposit. We’ll also work with you to find a new date if you’d prefer to reschedule.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule one time at no extra cost, based on availability. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.
